After determining your wants and needs if the services of AMJ Custom Renovations meet your requirements, we then schedule an appointment in your home to physically look at the renovations required to tailor a price specific to your wants and needs.  

After 1-3 business days from the In Home Consultation, AMJ Custom Renovations will send you a quotation valid for 14 days that highlights the scope of work and pricing. 

If the quotation meets the budget and timeline of the client, the quotation will be converted to a contract which highlights scope of work, payment breakdown and AMJ Custom Renovation policies.

The renovation project is scheduled, a deposit is collected and the path to your dream renovation begins!
